Puppy-specific planning

A younger traveler needs a little more planning.

Puppy transport is still ground pet transport, but age, feeding routine, bathroom breaks, crate familiarity, vaccination status, and route requirements all matter when the trip is planned.

Routine-based feeding

Provide the puppy's regular food and written feeding instructions so the handler can keep meals as close as practical to the normal routine.

Planned care stops

Stops are planned around the route and the puppy's age, comfort, hydration, and bathroom needs rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

Secure travel setup

Crates, carriers, or other restraint setups are selected and secured based on the puppy's size and what they are accustomed to using.

Document review

We review the route and applicable travel-document requirements before pickup. The pet owner's veterinarian remains responsible for issuing veterinary documents when required.

One dedicated handler

The same handler remains responsible for the puppy from pickup through delivery rather than handing the puppy between unrelated transporters.

Trip-status updates

You receive progress and photo check-ins during the trip so you know how the puppy is doing along the way.
